If you have or know of a potential case that might be appropriate for TLPJ, please feel free to contact us. We are eager to get involved in important civil justice litigation. This section explains our case selection criteria and how to submit a potential case to TLPJ.

Of course, a case does not have to be "ideal" for TLPJ to pursue it.
If you have or know of a case that might be appropriate for TLPJ, please submit a brief letter containing your name, address, telephone number, and E-mail address (if you have one), and a summary of the case. Be sure to make clear who you want to sue, why you want to sue them, what you want to sue them for, when the key events happened, and why you think the case will serve the public interest. Feel free to include any other relevant information and, if possible, identify any imminent deadlines.
Note: TLPJ does not accept potential cases via e-mail, due to privacy and other concerns. If you submit a potential case via e-mail, do not expect a response from us. Please send all requests for assistance by regular mail or fax. Thank you.
