PUBLIC JUSTICE IN THE PUBLIC SQUARE

Articles and Testimony:   Whether the subject is federal preemption, civil rights, constitutional rights, mandatory arbitration, toxic torts, consumer rights, or environmental protection, Public Justice is often called upon for insight and analysis on matters of public interest.  Our attorneys, other staff members, Board members, and activists often contribute to magazines and legal journals, Op-Eds, blogs and even -- by way of testimony -- the Congressional Record.  Read some of the recent testimony and published work by and about us.

Speakers' Bureau:  Our staff members and activists frequently participate in conferences, symposia, panel discussions and congressional hearings to educate the legal community, public interest groups and the public about Public Justice, the Public Justice Foundation, and important legal and social matters our work addresses, including access to justice, civil rights and liberties, class action, constitutional,  consumers' rights, court secrecy, environmental protection, federal preemption, mandatory arbitration, toxic torts, and workers' rights issues. See our scheduled speaking engagements.

If you would like to arrange for a Public Justice Foundation speaker at a law school, lawyers' association, judicial, public interest, organizational or other event -- or you would like to volunteer to speak somewhere on our behalf -- please contact Outreach Coordinator Cassandra Goings at (202) 797-8600 ext. 244 or e-mail cgoings@publicjustice.net .

GET A 'PROUD SUPPORTER' BUTTON
