Staff Attorney Paul Bland will speak
on the "Classwide Arbitration: Fiction, Reality, or Nightmare?" Panel

Hearing on "Mandatory Binding Arbitration Agreements: Are They
Fair to Consumers?" The
testimony describes Public Justice's study and experience of
problems that frequently arise in the abuse of mandatory
arbitration agreements in consumer and employment cases.
